Preschool yarn art is a great activity to do with your kiddo. It works better with thicker yarn, but whatever you have available will do. All we had was the thin stuff. It was a little harder for their little fingers to control, but they enjoyed it.
All you need is paper, glue and yarn. Cut strips or let your child cut for scissor practice and fine motor exercise. I like to cut different links and colors. We like it to be colorful and fun. You or your child can squeeze some glue lines on the paper and then add the yarn to follow the line. It super simple and also works on their hand eye coordination too!
