Hello friends, We are so glad you stopped by to see what we have been up to. Here is some of what we have been doing the last couple of weeks in our Homeschool Preschool.
I have been using Easy Peasy Getting Ready 1 with Jordan. She really enjoys all the fun videos and coloring pages. This is a great supplement to her workboxes.
Such a cutie
I have two buckets I found in the Target dollar spot, I put different types of pretend coins in one and pretty blue gem looking rocks in the other. I usually give her a couple different fun manipulatives along with this basket of all kinds of containers, ice cube trays, cups and different things she can use to sort and play with. This is her favorite type of activity.
**Muffin tin drum**
We Read Dr. Seuss: One Fish Two Fish Red Fish Blue Fish
Color Fish Counting she used clothespins to choose the correct answer.
Dragon Fly Muffin tin One to One Correspondence.
**Letter C hunt**
We read the Creation story
She colored her Rhythm sticks.
And then we did some 1,2-1,2,3 rhythm practice. I have my own rhythm sticks to practice with her. I think I found these sticks at Michaels.
Paint chip matching. You can get these color paint chip samples free anywhere they sell paint, we found ours at Wal-Mart. I cut them in half to make pairs and she matched them and clipped the matches together with a clothespin.
Traced the letter B with pom-pom magnets. To make pom pom magnets all you need is a small circle magnet to stick or glue onto the pom poms then place the paper on something metal. We used a magnet board I found in the dollar spot of Target, but you can also use a cookie sheet.
Then she Do a Dotted it! {bingo markers}
**Pony bead muffin tin sort**
She loved this Bear Circle Craft.
There’s our latest Preschool Daze.
