But just like anything else, Google’s top results don’t always deliver the good stuff—and sorting through all the options takes time you probably don’t have.

That’s why I created this round-up of high-quality, Christ-centered Bible lessons and curriculum options that are totally free. Because I know what it’s like to be knee-deep in laundry while a preschooler clings to your leg. I’ve been there—juggling a toddler, a preschooler, and a newborn (and living to tell about it!). Now that my girls are 6, 8, and 10, life is still busy, just in different ways.

Why Teach Bible Lessons to Kids?

I believe it’s our job—our joy, really—to be the ones teaching our kids about God. At home, in the car, at the park… in everything we do. Sunday School is wonderful, but it’s not enough. Kids need to be fed spiritually every single day, even from the earliest years.
