20 Christ-Centered Easter Books Your Kids Will Love

Easter is coming up soon, and as a Christian mom, I always try to find ways to help my kids understand what Easter is really about. While all the bunny and egg stuff is fun, I want my kids to know that there’s a deeper meaning to this holiday. That’s why I made a list of 20 Christ-Centered Easter books for kids that focus on the true meaning of Easter, with values like love, sacrifice, and redemption at the heart of the stories. While Easter eggs and bunnies can be fun, they shouldn’t be the main focus of this holiday. Easter is a time to remember and celebrate the incredible sacrifice that Jesus made for us on the cross, and the hope that we have because of His resurrection. I feel like the other stuff is just a distraction from this truth.

One way to help kids understand the true meaning of Easter is by reading Christ-centered Easter books that focus on this message. Have a collection of Easter books that your family can read together each year, and they will always help you to remember the amazing gift that Jesus gave us. Then talk about the love that God has for us, and the sacrifice that Jesus made out of that love. Talk about how the resurrection gives us hope, and how we can live our lives in a way that honors God’s incredible gift.

Other Ways to Teach the True Meaning of Easter

In addition to reading Christ-centered Easter books for kids, it may help to have them participate in other activities that help focus on the true meaning of Easter.
