Yuvi-Story Aerobics for kids, is unlike anything I have come across before. It is a unique app made for children 2-6 years of age. This app has actual health benefits for kids. It is a creative approach that uses storytelling to motivate kids to exercise.
The main character of the stories is called Yuvi and he can only reach the goal of saving the toys, stolen by the bad guy, if kids do the exercises with him.
Yuvi – Story Aerobics for Kids is a ten part series developed for iPhone and iPad users. Throughout the series the kids have to help Yuvi by doing a series of exercises to reach the goal of getting back all stolen toys. This is very entertaining and gets the kids up and moving. They are motivated by the reward of helping Yuvi get all the toys returned safely it also encourages the growth of their imagination, creativity and reasoning. And the best part is that they are having lots of fun while doing it!
Yuvi – Story Aerobics for Kids application is available on iTunes:

The only thing we found difficult was that we only have an iPhone, I think this would be ideal for iPad users cause it’s kind of hard to participate with a tiny screen…lol. But we made it work. Both my girls and I had a lot of fun Exercising, laughing and helping Yuvi save the toys!
